Formerly known as Rosedale Estate, Bella Rose preserves the property’s historic character while providing modern wedding spaces and full-service event support.

Indoor and Outdoor Options

The estate includes Rosedale Mansion, the Creekside Rotunda, Preserve Conservatory, Johnson Cottage, spacious lawns, gardens, and the Honeymoon Treehouse.

Up to 200 Guests

The Preserve Conservatory measures approximately 40 by 80 feet and accommodates up to 200 guests. Final capacity depends on the approved seating and event layout.

Ask Before Signing

Ask whether outside DJs are permitted, whether an outside-vendor fee applies, and whether the selected entertainment company must provide insurance, equipment details, or other documentation.

Coordinate the Approved Plan

Once approval is confirmed, we can coordinate equipment placement, ceremony sound, reception coverage, lighting, production effects, arrival, setup, and breakdown with the venue team.

Creekside Rotunda

The Creekside Rotunda features white Doric columns, a stained glass ceiling, lawn seating, and the sound of Tomahawk Creek. A dedicated ceremony system can provide clear audio while respecting the visual character of the setting.

Mansion Lawn Ceremony

Preserve Conservatory Ceremony

The Preserve can serve as an indoor ceremony alternative as well as a reception space. Its sliding barn doors, stonework, fireplace, patio, and spacious interior create a flexible weather-protected setting.

Audio coverage is adapted to the approved seating arrangement, guest count, room acoustics, and ceremony plan.

Cocktail-Hour Music

Cocktail-hour music can be planned for the approved patio, lawn, or indoor gathering area. Separate audio helps maintain the atmosphere while the primary reception system remains prepared.

Thoughtful speaker placement helps create balanced musical coverage while keeping announcements and speeches clear. Volume is adjusted throughout dinner, formalities, and dancing.

Wireless Toast Microphones

Wireless microphones allow selected family members and friends to deliver speeches without standing behind the DJ booth. Basic microphone guidance can be provided before toasts begin.

Rosedale Mansion Wedding Suite

The upper level of Rosedale Mansion contains an expansive wedding suite designed for preparation and portraits. While the wedding party gets ready, our team focuses on approved setup, sound checks, music organization, and timeline preparation.

Christopher Johnson Cottage

Built in 1764, the renovated Johnson Cottage provides a separate preparation space with French furnishings and historic character. Catering may also be available during preparation.

A Unique Couples’ Retreat

The treehouse overlooks the historic estate and provides a secluded place for newlyweds to retreat after their celebration.

Modern Amenities

The treehouse includes one bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchenette, living room, two outdoor decks, Wi-Fi, and a smart television.

Treehouse Masters Design

The lodging was designed and built by Pete Nelson and the team associated with Animal Planet’s “Treehouse Masters,” with architecture designed to complement the estate.

Onsite Event Planning

Bella Rose assigns onsite planning support to help organize wedding details. We coordinate entertainment-related timing with the designated planner or event director.

Catering and Service

The venue’s wedding offerings include catering and professional wait staff. Dinner timing, speeches, formal dances, and open dancing should align with the confirmed service plan.

Primary Ceremony Plan

We prepare for the ceremony location selected by the couple and approved by Bella Rose, including speaker placement, microphones, music cues, and power considerations.

Indoor Alternative

The Preserve Conservatory can serve as a ceremony option when weather prevents outdoor use. The final rain plan and decision process should be confirmed with the venue.

Equipment Protection

Audio and lighting equipment cannot remain exposed to rain, severe wind, flooding, or unsafe conditions. Appropriate cover and secure placement are essential parts of the plan.

No Venue Power Required

Our battery-powered ceremony equipment provides flexibility for the Creekside Rotunda, mansion lawn, or another approved location where electrical access may be inconvenient.
